You may return or exchange your ANOUKIS creation within 14 days of delivery in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place, tags and stickers attached to it. Anoukis will not accept any returns if the product shows signs of being worn, used, and/or altered from its original condition in any way. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to accept returns or exchanges when it comes to custom designs that are crafted in upon special request. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings due to hygienic reasons and rings, since each ring is uniquely crafted according to your ring size.
